We support individuals to live in their own homes, the services are tailored to the individuals needs and support may be provided for individuals or on a shared care basis.
Accommodation can be provided through our sister company, to which tenancies and shared housing can be accessed, this service currently has eleven properties accommodating single occupants and shared accommodation from two to four bed properties.
All our service users have a tenancy agreement, which gives them the security of a home and choice of service providers. We develop detailed care and support plans along with risk assessments for each person, which gives extensive information to ensure that every service user is treated as an individual, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered.
Daily reports which are completed by the staff team, show detailed information on task lists to establish what support the service user will require, this is established through assessing needs by direct observation, giving support and encouragement to allow the service user to be as independent as possible. The service has 5 vehicles which are available to transport service users on outings, however, Pocklington has an excellent bus service which offers transport to various locations.
